Paul undertook a broad spectrum of projects from restoring a 16th century hunting lodge near Shaftesbury to creating a contemporary eco-building as part of the Genesis Project in Taunton.
After five years of commuting, Paul decided that it was time to cut his carbon footprint and set up his own company, Traditional and Green Construction, in West Dorset.
T & G Construction was founded on the desire that all developments minimised the impact on the environment, that the right materials were used for the job and that all new developments were appropriate to their locations.

Andrew Irish ran a successful building development company before joining his brother Paul at T&G Construction.
Stuart Constable has been working with T&G Construction since the beginning. Stuart is an excellent decorator and has successfully turned his hand to all aspects of construction....and he makes them laugh!
